Needle Exchange Programs in the Massachusetts

As of early 2026, over 120 cities and towns in Massachusetts had permission to establish syringe service programs (SSPs) and there were at least 50 such established SSP sites. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has an SSP Locator here.
